  1. Article 1 (Scope and changes to these Terms)
    1. 1. These terms and conditions apply to the "Overseas Job Fair and Domestic Matching to Promote the Utilization of the Specified Skills System" commissioned by Injestar Co., Ltd. (hereinafter the "Company") from the organizer, the Immigration Services Agency (hereinafter the "Organizer"). This article sets out the conditions that apply when participating in matching events and briefing sessions (hereinafter referred to as the "Event") of this Project.
    2. 2. If it becomes necessary to change these Terms, the Company will change the contents of these Terms upon approval by the organizer based on Article of the Civil Code 548-4. can be changed.
  2. Article 2 (Participation registration)
    1. 1. Those who wish to participate in this event (hereinafter referred to as "participants") must agree to the contents of these Terms and Conditions and the "Handling of Personal Information," fill out the necessary information in the designated form, and apply for this event. shall be done.
    2. 2. Participants can post job applicant information, etc. on “Japan Gate” operated by our company using the specified method.

    3. 3. After the application is received by the Company and approved by the organizer, the Company will notify the participant.A contract will be established between the Company and the participant upon notification of approval.
  3. Article 3 (About participation in this event)
    1. 1. Regarding the date and time of this event, the details determined by the organizer and our company will be announced in advance.
    2. 2. We will adjust the participation schedule based on the registered job seeker information and desired schedule.In some cases, we may not be able to meet all your requests.
    3. 3. Our company cannot guarantee that participants will have interviews with companies that meet their desired conditions (hereinafter referred to as "exhibiting companies").
    4. 4. Participants are not allowed to decline or end the event without prior notification.
    5. 5. Our company will not be held responsible for any troubles that may occur with other participants or exhibiting companies.
    6. 6. Participants are responsible for paying for the costs of preparing communication equipment, communication fees, etc. that are incurred when participating in this event.Our company will not be held responsible for any problems with the environment or communications.
    7. 7. At this event, participants may not allow the organizer, the Company, or a company commissioned by the Company to take video or photographs of the event, and that such videos or photographs may be used by the organizer or the Company for promotional purposes, etc. You agree in advance that the information may be used for public relations purposes such as on web pages, SNS, printed materials, etc.
    8. 8. Participants agree in advance that the above-mentioned videos and photos may be submitted to the organizers as deliverables by the Company, or made publicly available on web pages, SNS, printed materials, etc.
  4. Article 4 (Prohibited acts)
    1. 1. Participants must not engage in any act that infringes on the intellectual property rights, portrait rights, privacy rights, reputation, or other rights or interests of the organizer, our company, other participants, exhibiting companies, or other third parties. It won't.
    2. 2. Participants must not use any information obtained at this event without permission, leak it to a third party, or disclose it.
    3. 3. Participants must not impersonate a third party.
    4. 4. Participants must not solicit other participants' personal information or engage in any solicitation.
    5. 5. Participants must not engage in any act that directly or indirectly causes or facilitates the acts listed in the preceding items.
  5. Article 5 (Others)
    1. 1. If you cause damage to the organizer, our company, other participants, exhibitors, etc. due to a violation of this agreement or for reasons attributable to the organizer, we will not compensate for the damage (excluding indirect damages and lost profits). We will compensate you.
    2. 2. The Company will not be held responsible even if the event is canceled or postponed due to natural disasters, fire, riots, or other reasons beyond the reasonable control of the Company.
    3. 3. The Tokyo District Court shall have the exclusive jurisdiction of the first instance for all lawsuits related to the exhibition and this event.
